- Goods will be dispatched by ordinary, priority, registered and air/surface mail (depending on value and weight) or by international courier (to a street address only). We will of course, if practical and reasonable, obey any special instructions that you may have regarding dispatch.
- Should you indicate that the goods should be posted via ordinary mail (unregistered/uninsured) such dispatch will then be solely at your own risk. If not specified, we will always send using our discretion and always by insured mail.
- INSURANCE: We can insure all sendings at a cost of ±2% of the value, to a maximum value of R30,000.00 per sending.
- Packages are not marked on the outside (nor the inside) to indicate the value or nature of the contents, unless otherwise requested.
- All items are carefully packed in cardboard and additionally wrapped in water-resistant protective plastic wrapping whenever possible.
- Invoices are usually posted under separate cover, unless otherwise requested.
